Reggie use the original form of the Simple Domain New Shadow Technique.

The chapter does mention that Megumi's domain is still incomplete.

Reggie decides to keep on adding weight until Fushiguro collapses from his own weight. but Fushiguro then reminds that it is still a domain, so even the ceilings are his shadows, letting out Max Elephant.

Personally I don't really like that these modern sorcerers (and I also refer to Higuruma and Takaba) are so strong compared to characters like Nanami or the students of Kyoto, great absentees of this arc.

Eh, i don't think all of them are that strong tbh, the jet girl and the helicopter dude from the beginning were pretty much fodder, so is Remi and the dude Megumi killed some chapters ago.

Only the most important players like Higuruma and Takaba have been the stand outs, and it was expected since these two were already hyped and set beforehand.

Then we have cases like Reggie and Hazenoki, who we don't know wether they are Modern or old sorcerers, but given certain details we get through the chapters, is very likely they end up being ancient sorcerers, and thats why they are so strong and knowlegeable about certain things.

In my opinion Reggie is a modern sorcerer. His technique and the way he poses make me think this.

Right now it can go either way tbh. On one hand, his style feels pretty modern, and on the other hand, he apparently knows Kenjaku, and his CT is based on contracts rather than specifically receipts ( which could be adapted). But well see.

Great chapter and great fight. Mixture of action and strategy. I really like it and I can't wait to see it animated. In my opinion, Reggie will do a mistake in the next chapter and Fushiguro will end up winning.

Reggie is not a Modren Sorcerer like Higuruma or Takaba. Given that he knows the prototype for New Shadow Style and is familiar with Kenjaku, he's either a Past Sorcerer or a Veteran Curse User.

So, is a Curse User who has infiltrated the game ?

Probably. Anyone can enter if they want after all.
