Neither is particularly complicated. If anything, a reread usually clears things up.
Like with this chapter, the only part that kinda confused me was the bit about Jogo, Hanami, and Gojo just because I haven't read that stuff in a while.
Translation also plays a role. I imagine most people who have read the current HxH arc did so using the fan translation (which, uh, I would definitely not recommend over the official). Even the official translation for Kaisen can have its issues with consistency and clarity (so I've heard from those who can read the original).
