This is where you can post and discuss the spoilers for the next chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Remember that so many characters have praised Megumi's latent abilities as a sorcerer....Not sure how Megumi's body can easily handle Sukuna and not be destroyed by him, though.
He probably imbued the one finger with the power of multiple, probably 15.I wonder how strong this Megumi will be, if he has the power equal to a finger of Sukuna....also because the remaining 14 are still in Yuji's body.
Well yes, but Sukuna was always said to be a special case as far as reincarnated sorcerers were concerned, and Yuji was praised as a special entity in that he was able to not only withstand his fingers, but also suppress Sukuna.Remember that so many characters have praised Megumi's latent abilities as a sorcerer....
But can he do it?He probably imbued the one finger with the power of multiple, probably 15.

No clue, but it's Sukuna, so who knows. Logically it makes not that much sense as Sukuna still had his power when he ripped his finger off, but it's a manga at the end of the day, so maybe he imbued almost everything in it.But can he do it?
And so, now Yuji is no longer possessed?
He cannot suppress Sukuna, so at least there's that.Megumi is too, evidently.
More than suppressing, I think the matter is "to take possession without the host dying".He cannot suppress Sukuna, so at least there's that.
That's what I mean - Yuji can do both, while Megumi cannot.More than suppressing, I think the matter is "to take possession without the host dying".
Well, until proven otherwise, Megumi should still be alive...That's what I mean - Yuji can do both, while Megumi cannot.
As alive as Tsumiki and the hosts of Kashimo, Ryu, etc. are, in my opinion.Well, until proven otherwise, Megumi should still be alive...
Ah, now I get your point. But Gojo and Sukuna were even more surprised when Yuji was able to suppress him; not being destroyed by Sukuna has the odds of one in a million, but suppressing him appears to be even rarer - Yuji is the only one ever, as far as we know. What I mean is that, from the way Megumi and Gojo talked about it, swallowing Sukuna's finger was considered a reckless gesture not so much for the risk of being possessed, but for the fact that it was poisonous and therefore deadly.
Indeed, Megumi is afraid that Yuji will die after swallowing the finger, and he thinks the chances of him surviving and channeling Sukuna's power are very low.

I forgot - wasnt he the one who divided his power in 20 fingers? No clue, but it's Sukuna, so who knows. Logically it makes not that much sense as Sukuna still had his power when he ripped his finger off, but it's a manga at the end of the day, so maybe he imbued almost everything in it.
No, it was the sorcerers of his time.I forgot - wasnt he the one who divided his power in 20 fingers?
