-Maki & Yuji simultaneously attacks Sukuna. He counters by trying to punch her & but Maki blocks it. She fiercely pulls him towards her & punches on Sukuna's face. And then Maki gives a powerfull push which throws off Sukuna
-Yuji hits Sukuna with barricade as he was airbone. Sukuna is unimpressed and comments that Yuji is truly boring but Maki kicks off Sukuna. Maki decides to sustain Sukuna for now & asks Yuji if she can move more faster
-Maki and Sukuna rush towards each other but she turns over and catches Yuji's leg in air and throws him towards Sukuna and thus Yuji lands a powerfull kick on Sukuna

Sukuna realises that Megumi's body will reject him & reduces the output when he tries to harm Megumi's commrades. Sukuna thus activates a new spell "Spider's Thread" which destroys Maki & Yuji's landing & then he punches Maki on face

-Sukuna's punch doesn't affect Maki as she simply spits out some blood and goes on to exchange blows. But just as Maki & Yuji steps back from Sukuna, they notice a person activating a curse technique

-Uraume apologises to Sukuna if they have overstepped and says she has weakened the frost on Yuji just in case but Sukuna says he doesn't care about Yuji anymore but says Uraume did good by being biased against maki. He summons Nue again And orders to prepare the bath to complete the body to which Uraume replies the preparations are done
-But just as Sukuna & Uraume were about to leave, Yuji breaks out of the ice & shouts towards Sukuna. But they just depart commenting that Yuji is looking pathetic right now

Probably one of those manifested ancient person via artifact things, but somehow Kenjaku did that on a no-cursed-energy heavenly restriction type, and in a weird twist, Yuji maintains his own sense of self and doesn't have the consciousness of an ancient person revived.

While I do think Yuji has an unnamed/undiscovered tech, what you're describing is actual relations. Kenjaku gave birth to Yuji, he also helped sire the death paintings. Yuji and Choso are therefore actual siblings.

Gege confirmed that this is not the case.

With Choso this was due to the fact that there really was a bond between the two. While with Todo it was simply a mental film.
