You are taking too many things for granted, such as the fact that the good guys (let's call them that) are at a disadvantage.
There are quite a few characters who have done literally nothing.
Well it's Gege that is not giving any hints of a possible upset for the good guys. So far, Kenjaku has flawlessly executed his plan, so did Sukuna. There is at the moment 2 special grade sorcerers with the good guys (Yuta and Maki), but none of them appear capable of handling a 1vs1 situation against Sukuna.
Kenjaku arguably can be defeated from what we have seen, but there is still many unknowns about the true extent of Kenjaku's strength.
Something has happen to thwart Kenjaku and Sukuna's plans before I start believing Yuta and the rest have a chance. The reason I am also having doubts is whether Kenjaku is aware of the back door for the prison realm. If he is aware and he doesn't care that Gojo is now freed, I am 100% sure the good guys are screwed. If he isn't aware (which would be highly unlikely for him), then there is a chance for an upset.
