Chapter starts with Yuji & Higuruma arriving to face Sukuna
Flashback to Sorcerers having a meeting to finalize their plans - About Kenjaku, they plan to make him let his gaurd down n finish off with Yuta - But they will proceed with this only if Gojo looses - Yuta is expected to come back right away after dealing with Kenjaku
About facing Sukuna, Kusakabe says they need to choose who's gonna fight n who wouldn't. Kashimo lashes at them saying it's an allout war, so everyone should jump in Kusakabe says Miwa can't fight due to a Binding vow she made in Shibuya that she'll never swing her sword
Kamo is in the meeting too. He apologizes n says he can't partake in the mission cuz he can't be of any help and he wants to watch over his family as much as possible. So he's taking his family & leaving the country
Yuji tried to console Kamo cuz he said he's not of much help Yuji: I can learn a lot of things from senpai so youre helping me a lot Yuji: Because Choso sucks at teaching Kamo: ...I see
Kashimo banter in between Kashimo: Do you seriously think I'll lose? I'm getting pissed. Hakari: Its just an assumption!! We all appreciate that you gave up your spot for Gojo-san!! Kashimo: I'm not satisfied yet!!
Higuruma says he'll go after Kashimo. He'll use his CT to confiscate Sukuna's CT. He adds that if he give Sukuna a death penalty, then he can fight using Executioner's Sword
Kusakabe asks if Higuruma can confiscate and lay death penalty on Sukuna for sure? Yuji says it depends on which charge will Judgeman use, which Higuruma can't choose Yuji says Sukuna has switched 3 times so far and has killed many people whenever he did switch
Higuruma summariezes Sukuna's wrong doings so far:

Higuruma further says after taking over Megumi's body, Sukuna could be charged with harming Megumi, Complete Murder, Stealing a dead body (all these depends on situation Megumi is in) But Higuruma says questioning Sukuna's crime on the harm his fingers has caused is hard
[iguruma's summary on Sentencing price: 1 murder ~ Serving Prison for 10-15 years 2 murders ~ Life sentence or Death penalty 3 murders or more ~ Death penalty
Kusakabe says if it's a normal judgement, then adding up all the crimes Sukuna committed, he will get death penalty for sure. But Higuruma's CT, the Judgeman picks up one crime at a time and charages penalty one at a time

I'm not loving these sudden cliffhangers, I really wanted to see Higurama/Itadori vs Sukuna, but man, to wait again to see what happens with Kenjaku gets me impatient.

So, that punch from Itadori was like an enhacend Divergent Fist? And, I'm guessing this trial will result in the confiscation of shrine or ten shadows, I don't think it will be both or that they can kill Sukuna with Hagurama's technique.

Yuji & Higuruma talk about whether Sukuna's crimes from 1000 years ago would be charged or not

Higuruma says the modern law might not work on pre-reincarnated Sukuna. Judgeman is a Shikigami equipped to his CT, so if Higuruma thinks it's impossible, judgeman will probably think the same
But Higuruma says he doesn't know which CT of Sukuna will be confiscated, Ten Shadows or Mizushi(Shrine) Yuji suddenly says there might be a way which will gurantee Sukuna a death sentence
Back to the fight, we see Mei Mei's crows nearing Sukuna, but they get destroyed immediately. Mei Mei who was looking at it from far away realises that her crows won't work on likes of Gojo, Kenjaku & Sukuna
But Mei Mei says she managed to distract Sukuna for a bit, now everything's upto to Higuruma
Higuruma's huge hammer destroys Sukuna's stance & Yuji crushes the debris into small pieces and sends them flying towards Sukuna. And Higuruma manages to bind Sukuna's weapon
Yuji lands a heavy punch & Sukuna feels his entire body shaking for a moment & wonders what that was

Yuji tells Higuruma that they can use the trail from the time they both fought & use it against Sukuna. They can add Sukuna as co-defendant of Mass murder in Shibuya and sentence Sukuna
Higuruma begins the trail against Yuji & Sukuna. Judgeman says Yuji is suspected of Mass murder in Shibuya. But Higuruma defends saying Yuji didn't kill anyone, his confession was due sense of responsibility. But the true criminal is.....

Im really guessing now that the reason we jumped from Kenjaku fate to Yuji battle is because who Will inherit Kenjaku Will is Yuji.

Dunno If hes RN can beat sukuna and Kenjaku expected much from Yuji and even lied and told otherwise to Choso.

Even If Kenny had a binding vow with Sukuna, he inst a typical Ally of his.

He do what he finds amusing, he created Yuji to do things that amuse him, that might count to amuse him even after death

Not likely. When Kamo left, Yuji commented that he was a good teacher while Choso was a bad one. The only thing they have in common is Blood Manipulation. Yuji has no blood connection to the Kamo family so he likely gained some form of the technique from eating the other Death Painting Wombs, as was previously alluded to.

Yeah Sukuna's already figured out a way out of Higuruma's technique from his experience inside Yuji. Or he knows that Judgeman requires the judged to have a moral code by which to condemn him. Basically a sense of guilt as a component of a binding vow if you will.

Sukuna isn’t immoral, he’s amoral. Huge difference.

As explained before, Gojo would not have been able to fight at full strength, but looking at things now, looks like Higuruma would have been a big help right from the start.

Gojo can already use Domain Expansion, so there's no point in bringing someone with a domain expansion that isn't as good as his. Plus as the chapter itself points out, Higuruma's Domain Expansion is too gimmicky to trust against Sukuna anyway.

Let's be real here, most of them would be killed on the first domain expansion. Maybe after the power ups they will get from these fights they will be strong enough to resist or counter it, but right now there's no evidence that any of them would be able to handle that.

That is a good point, none of them could handle Gojo or sakuna domain expansion. However there was a point where Gojo nor Sakuna can use domain expansion. That was the point where Hajime, Higuruma could have jumped in. But guess we are discussing an ideal situation here, and like life, it's prob not possible to execute a perfect plan at such a high level battle for these sorcerers.

Nobody could have jumped in and the ideal situation was for Gojo to fight Sukuna alone, even after they couldnt use their DE they did some insane stuff. How would any of them even keep up if they cant use RCT that efficiently and Hakari could do it but thats only in his DE.
If they really jumped in that would seriously be a detriment to Gojo, he wouldnt be able to use his enhanced Purple, he would have to think about the other participants while fighting 3v1 against Sukuna and his parents while on a timeclock because of Mahoraga. Its the same as when Naruto fought Pain, sometimes you help by not helping.
And Kashimo? Perhaps but i doubt it, hes like the Vegeta of JJK
