It’s kind of clear that yuta will stay on gojo’s body. Kenkaju's technique fulfilled Mei Mei's second condition. It certainly requires partial activation from time to time to keep the stolen body functional. The only way to save Yuta would be for him to be haunted by Rika again in Gojo's body and thus have access to Copy once more. Clearly, if this is the case, Yuta will take over as the most powerful sorcerer in history. Copy + limitless + six eyes + Rika. Dammn...
Thinking about it, you may be right. For Yuta to still be alive, Rika must've moved her possession from Yuta's body to Gojo's. It seemed pretty clear when Yuta collapsed that his burnt out curse technique was the reason why he collapsed - with the technique burnt out, his brain's control over the transplanted body failed. The only conditions in which he could/should have survived that situation are likely:
1 - Rika moved over to Yuta's new body (Gojo's) and Yuta's burnt out technique recovered quickly enough that he was able to reactivate Kenjaku's technique via Rika, or
2 - The kid with the teleportation technique was able to quickly swap him back to his original body, which by then had enough emergency surgery (just like Gojo's had prior to Yuta jumping into his body) to survive.
Incidentally, scenario #2 includes a distinct possibility of Gojo being alive as well. It's never been confirmed what happens to the original body for Kenny's technique - maybe it's not so much parasitical body-jacking and more of a brain swap, and Kenny just never saw fit to do the second part of the swap as he didn't need or want anyone controlling his old body.
Oh and final thought on the whole "Gojo might be alive" theory - Teleport kid could've stored his soul temporarily in another place or person prior to his body's near-death. Because we really can't think of the Kenny technique possessed bodies as being dead. Maybe they were for a moment or two, but they're definitely alive after being the target of Kenny's technique. Kenjaku was walking around pretending to be Yuji's mom for quite some time, going so far as to get pregnant and have a child in that state - so she definitely wasn't a temporarily animated corpse.
It's not even out of the possibility that the Heroes used Sukuna's & Kenjaku's method of embedding a soul into a cursed object. They certainly had a great number of examples of this to analyze (half the culling game participants were regular humans who'd had a cursed object storing a soul embedded into them, the other half were latent sorcerers whose brains were modified by Kenjaku using Mahito's technique to "awaken" them as sorcerers).
All I'm saying is, Gege has a pretty wide creative freedom here, without lore inconsistency, within the bounds and rules of the world he made, to bring Gojo back,
if he felt like it.
