We now know that World Trigger will be moving in the magazine. This is a good move, SQ doesn't really have that much else going on right now and World Trigger would definitely be a top seller in the magazine, I'm sure it still has a loyal fanbase. Their only other recent hit is the new Kenshin manga after it returned and there's not that much else besides that.

The newest, most successful manga in the magazine are either from late 2016 (Moriarty, Kemono Jihen, Kenshin) or early 2017 (****** HxEros). The rest of 2017 and 2018 didn't really seem to have that much going on.

I wonder what they're going to do with Demon Tune, since it doesn't seem to be growing.

Mona Lisa Mania had quite the start. The art, specifically the designs, are rough and a little amateurish but the execution is great. Its definitely something thats worth keeping an eye on.

It isn't, but the anime will increase the chances of it ever being licensed.

So weird to see World Trigger in the cover of JumpSQ but at the same time i feel like WT has the SQ. vibe, i'm sure that will be treated very good in the magazine, maybe even better than in SJ since will be like one of the 3 best selling mangas there.

I just hope it can keep close to its 300k sales and that Ashihara can keep going for a couple years. 2 year hiatus is a damn long time...

Despite the hiatuses the recent volume still sold well. We have to see how the next volume sells but it should be more or less the same tbh.
