For a moment i thought that maybe could be she getting busy with a new project for Ao no Exorcist, but well, i guess after 12 years she has the right of at least 2 months of resting.

Maybe a new project is the reason for the extended resting. She usually takes 1 month break a year. Fall 2021 could be a good time with all the demon animes airing.
Obs: The total estimations are numbers since it returned to the Weekly Top 500, not the actual total since it was released, also since this is Shoseki, will must be some discrepancy compared to Oricon weekly numbers for series

Weekly Oricon Ranking by Series (25/1/21 - 31/1/21)
So the anime is giving WT a little push after all. 100k sales in a week is nice, same for the top10 position. Hope with the new volume it can go even further. How much has the first couple volumes (I assume they are the most sold ones, maybe I am wrong) sold till now? 500k or 600k?

We don't have the updated numbers for the first volumes but considering that current one sell over 400k (Shoseki is missing many weeks for #22), i think is safe to say the first ones are around this or maybe a bit more.

Anime showing a really good impact in the sales of Kemono Jihen #13, it pratically doubled the sales of #12 with 1 day less:
Kemono Jihen #12 (25,053) - 5 Days
Kemono Jihen #13 (46.489) - 4 Days
It's also on par with the last Moriarty volume but a bit behind yet:
Yuukoku no Moriarty #13 (52,734) - 5 Days
Also interesting that despite the constant drop in sales and bad ending, sales of the last Platinum End volume picked up a bit compared to the last two:
Platinum End #11 (38,707) - 4 Days
Platinum End #12 (34,674) - 6 Days
Platinum End #13 (20,986) - 3 Days
Platinum End #14 (32,151) - 4 Days
Dropping but expected considering it's a 8+ old manga that hadn't a new season since 2015
Owari no Seraph #19 (90.773) - 5 Days
Owari no Seraph #20 (90.191) - 6 Days
Owari no Seraph #21 (71.439) - 4 Days
Owari no Seraph #22 (51.598) - 3 Days
Owari no Seraph #23 (65.911) - 4 Days

Weird that the only SQ series that was able to chart in the Top 50 was WT, not even Kenshin or AoE, and about the volumes, seems like for some reason Shoseki totally ignored Kekkai Sensen existence, the series easily charted with 2 volumes on Oricon list but nothing on Shoseki lol
