Dark Gathering will be absent in the issue #7 due to "schedule revision", it will be back on Issue #8
The unfinished art in some pages of the last chapter makes a lot of sense now but it doesnt seem like health stuff, more the author struggling with the schedule.
Rurouni Kenshin also had some unfinished art in the last chapter which is weirder because it has less pages than normal for a monthly manga, maybe SQ schedule is a bit off in the moment
So if I understand correctly we both don't have a chapter this week and next month, and next chapter comes in August?

Yes. For Kenshin no reason included, but Dark Gathering is "schedule revision", like i mentioned before, both series were the only ones with unfinished art in the last issue and now both are absent, but two months for Kenshin is weird, the last series that had a 2 months break was Ao no Exorcist because Kato Kazue needed a rest, maybe the reason will be included in the issue #7
