It's Beet the Vandel Buster. It's a series from way back in Monthly Shounen Jump that went on a 10 year hiatus when that magazine ended, before eventually returning a few years ago in Jump SQ Crown.

All the old volumes were officially released in English, I know because I own them.

The content after it returned doesn't have any though unfortunately, I think there's 2 chapters fan-translated but that's it (I've honestly considered doing it myself at some point but I'm far too lazy).

There's also 2 anime seasons (52ep + 25ep) by Toei but i don't know how much of the series the anime covered, Beet the Vandel Buster will complete 20 years in 2022, maybe in the soon future Toei will make a remake like with Dai no Daibouken, the manga still selling pretty well for a old series that was so much time in hiatus, a anime remake could give a nice boost.

Beet's anime I think was mostly episodic filler, and doesn't get beyond the first major arc.

They really should when we reach 2025 for 20 years to the anime. The author said we are now somewhere beyond 60% of the story and if it could ever become monthly again it would be awesome.

Not going to happen unless Rise gets canceled and they need to move the series somewhere, which taking in count the number of pages the chapters have, maybe is going to happen, 4 months to get a chapter with less pages than a monthly series, these series are going to be here forever.
