well, lets get to the point shall we?
I think Juugo is the other one jinchuuriki that hasn't been captured by Akatsuki. and his cursed seal (CS) is the bijuu power...
Here's my reasoning
1. Just like when naruto loose control as the kyuubi taking possesion over his body, Juugo loose his control over himself as his CS taking over his body. This loosing of control doesn't happen in other exper CS user. Why Juugo, which basically the original user of CS has this kind of side effect? the only answer is that there's must be something that doesn't trasnfered as orochimaru multiply the CS user. Probably is the bijuu.
2. When Naruto meet sasuke for the first time after the time skip, he able to disabled naruto from using kyuubi power with his sharingan. The same happens in the recen chapters that with sharingan, Sasuke able to calm juugo down.
3. Before Orochimaru left Leaf village, he able to pass the CS to Anko. Based on the aging, Juugo wouldn't be born then. So how he able to put that Cursed seal? If it's a bloodline, Why orochimaru don't keep the older one he originally experimented with? Probably he met the former jinchuuriki, take the blood, and experimented with it. and as the bijuu passed on, he put his hand on juugo, to get the ability for more CS...
