Well I don't know, you'll have to ask the hosts about why they balanced it like that.
I guess it's so that Gois can't perform other actions at the same time as they charge up their EM, such as entering a Dungeon? It does give clues to other players about what a Goi with a MV has been up to as well. Like, since entering a Dungeon costs a Day action, they can't perform their EM at the same time. If a MVed Goi doesn't enter a Dungeon, there's a possibility they used their EM.

Well, anyways, if I am right and we have 1 Red Mafia, 1 Orange Mafia and 1 Yellow Mafia left, lynching at least one of them gives us a chance at winning this, since I have the Prostitute role and hopefully I can block the killing action of a Mafia this Night. If there are still 2 Yellows or more, we townies are fucked anyway.

I'll be leaving soon and so I'll VOTELOCK SERAPH before I go.

To me, either he or Demon was the Orange Goi in the first place, unless said Orange is Bel/hiding behind a Magician role and he/she's a genius.
About my blocking action from last Night on Seraph, I wouldn't even be surprised if it was successful, as, in the case there is one member of each Mafia party still alive as I mentioned above, I believe they would rather have used their killing action than the Escort one at this point imho.

What can i say, your understanding is wrong. You can choose to charge your Extreme Magic whenever you want, as long as you equip your Vessel instantly. I equipped mine over yesterday and charged my Extreme Magic over Night. By logic and mechanic, i cannot have committed a murder.

If you got the information that he targetted you and you now speculate that he could've killed "someone" then that someone would've been you. So you wouldn't be here right now to tell us unless someone targetted him too and blocked his action on you. But i don't know if you'd even get a result then, not too experienced with Spy.

The only chance we have is lynch orange goi to stop their killings and pray our only surviving protector / blocker can mind game the other killer into something and prevent that kill, so really not much hope
