Hi everyone! And welcome to the biweekly art contest of ManhaHelpers. It's time for a banner contest. This time, the theme is Fate Franchise. It's your task to create a banner with the Fate Franchise as the main role. What path will you pick?

What do I need to know before submission?

• All members are welcome to join the contest. There is no minimum post or user status you need to have to participate.
• Entries for the contest must be posted in this thread.
• Each participant can only submit ONE ENTRY and it should be a new piece. So don’t try to be smart and enter a piece used in past contests.
• Use MangaHelpers’ HERE to upload your entries. Any problem with uploading, let us know.
• Submissions not following the weeks theme will result in disqualification. If you have any question about the contest, you can ask it here.
• You must credit the artist of the stock images you’re using (see example below). This goes from renders to brushes and textures. If it’s all original art, write so in the credits.
• Forum Rules are applied unless stated otherwise. Tha means the banner size should be 1200 x 120px. MangaHelpers Community logo must be in it (you can use this PSD file).
• No excessive, suggestive, spoiler, or porn-related imagery in the contest.
• No plagiarizing is allowed.
• Submission is open until June 7th, at 23:00 (GMT)

How do I upload and submit my entry?

1. Go HERE.
2. Click the "Upload Image" button.
3. After upload is completed, you'll be shown your uploaded image with an edit box for commentary/additional information. After adding necessary information you wish, click "Save Media" and you'll be brought to the sharing media page.
4. Choose the "Share BB Code" and post within this thread; choosing this will save you having to select any additional codes you want to post here.
5. For more information on how to use the media gallery and uploading, go HERE.

• Credits of the Jeanne fanart at the right goes to Classic_W_
• The logo I used is from pngimage
• Adjustment where further done in Paint Tool Sai and Ipiccy.

For a first timer doing this, this was... fun I think? Personally, I love the artworks of miv4t and the way she represent Jeanne and Saber in her arts. To me, it looks so powerful yet so dramatic. I think that's a nice way how you can basically represent the Fate Franchise (in this case I did FGO) in that regard when it comes to the holy grail and the background stories of the characters. Also, I love Classic_W_ works as well. Her coloring style is quite close to miv4t, or at least in this one tho. So the Jeanne one fits perfectly in this banner. As you can see that both normal and alter versions of Saber and Jeanne are represented.

PS: hopefully the 1000 x 200 size is acceptable.


EDIT: Fixed the size. Fuck 1200 x 120 lmao. Took me some hours to fix that, but it's done at least.. T3T/

Recently started getting into this whole franchise, and as I've only watched Fate/Zero so far - I decided that'd be the theme of my banner. Honestly didn't have a lot of time, but really wanted to put something together for this one. Especially considering the Saber fanart I kept finding was just too good.

had no idea what to do, not knowing the franchise doesnt help.
NB :I dont know anything about Fate, i m almost certain this char is in Fate new order thxs to MG, but if its not, apologies for the heresy lol.

The character used is Okita Souji and found the original artist of the fanart here, I just cut the image and amplified the background by adding the petals on it; shamefully going to admit that I did this on Paint.

It was my first time making a banner, was fun in the end.
