Gah, I joined the channel, and I ended up being the only person in there.

Plus, I was given ops, as if no one's joined the channel in weeks, and it lost it's registered status. D:

I'm guessing not many were interested?

Eh? There are always people there.... Members and mods alike. Are you sure you joined the correct channel?

You either

a) Are on the wrong server. Type /server irc.irchighway.net to be sure.

b) Didn't spell the name correctly. Type /join #mangahelpers to be sure.

Channel has some people in it.

Yeah, there must be something wrong, Haterade. We have never an empty channel ^_^

Finally found the way to our IRC channel! ^^ It was kind of quiet though... XD

Please keep in mind that we have users from lots of different timezones in the channel - plus many people just idle there besides work, school stuff, room cleaning, family, and so on.

So, just greet and wait a bit. Usually someone will answer. If not, it's just a bad time for everyone.

I haven't been able to connect to IRChighway for about a week, but it only happens in my dorm. Last night I was able to get on the Rizon server, but now I can't. In fact, I can't get on any server at all. Whenever I try to connect, it says "connection refused." I haven't changed any settings or anything, and I could use it when I first moved into my dorm. It just randomly stopped connecting last week.

and yes, when it re-tried it tried different ports.

When that happened to me I tried sysreset. Can't promise you it'll work but I think it's worth a shot.
