Cross can take care of a child.He has shown he can change clothes,bathe and other things which a mother normally does.He will take lot of duties from his wife.
Secondly,nearly every woman apart from Lenalee and Road fell for him.

So 1st issue for Sanji is that he has some royal blood, and royal people are the ones you must avoid if you want a happy family life. Sanji has been shown as a kind & caring person for 20 years so far and especially very courteous with Nami but still hes the one who did this recently, to his beloved friends and said to Nami and Luffy the most horrible things ever, he called them trash

Sanji called Nami, Luffy, and the crew trash because he wanted Luffy and Nami to leave without him for their safety. The choices he made was not for himself, but because he wanted to keep his crew safe. HE was willing to get married when he wanted to be with the Straw Hats, all just so LUffy and others could leave safely. That was his intention, and he was willing to do whatever it took because obviously, battered Luffy leaving on his own two feet is better than a dead Luffy leaving in a body bag. Luffy saw through this, and eventually Sanji admitted he wanted to go back to the crew, and he gave Luffy lunch.
I'm not gonna talk about Marian cuz I don't know shit about him, so you're lucky. Very lucky.
2nd point sanji lacks some crucial thing... Dignity !! who wants a husband who will nosebleed then eventually die the 1st time he will see your glorious body with a limited amount of cloth on...
SO far, Sanji has never died, even when he turned to stone for probably the first and last time, and he was surrounded by mermaids. I think he even saw Nami naked once?

This contest aims at choosing the best husband. But.. the best husband to whom?
Because I am sure that Sanji would be an awesome husband to a One Piece character. But to a real person? Not that sure.
