Yo, figured since this was the hang out for Manga Editors I'd make a thread here.
Midnight Crew Subs is a sub group that focuses on translating live action tokusatsu shows (primarily Kamen Rider), and we are not branching out into manga.
We recently released volume 8 following from where previous scan groups left off. We intend to finish the series (volumes 8-16) then double back and do HQ releases of the first 7 volumes. Then proceed to do what we can for the series "New Kamen Rider Spirits", and whatever toku mangas we can get our hands on.
No real qualms for sites hosting our work as long as the credits page is kept.
