Yes I watched the raw, but there are translations online. Still haven't watched the 2nd episode.

Just watched the 2nd and 3rd episodes. They skipped Chapter 82 entirely. Anne and Isolde's meeting was particularly important IMO since it's where they became friends. They skipped this but Isolde is still greeting her when they meet in the war room. They skipped Meliodas fondling Elizabeth but Anne still sees him as a pervert obsessed with breasts... The knighting ceremony and the last moments were nice though.

There are debates about Tristan's genetics and I don't read/understand Japanese but it didn't seem like Meliodas mentioned that they were Hal-Humans. He just says that they are hybrids?

Episode 3 shortens Percival and Anne's discussion (they really want to portray him as someone who has no perverted intent at all).

Ai Farouz is doing a terrific job with Gawain. I love how she changes her tone depending on the situation. Pudding moment skipped but everything else was kept when she was discussing with Meliodas. Since they skipped Donny's clash with Chion and Jade their departure is the only moment where Chion is revealed to be Gil and Margaret's kid.

Diodra is in the opening of the new season and is surrounded by some cute fantasy critters. I wonder if that is already a hint at what Turret is likely going to bring to the battle, maybe those animals belong to him?

These monsters are in the manga too. Both Turret and Rothes hunt there. I guess they brought them as pets for him so that he can have company. They should have their own beasts for battle.

Oh, boy, just watched the emotional damage episode( 6), and the music and direction delivered pretty well. I am also surprised to find myself liking the scenes they added, with the trio's flashback( Isolde picking Chion up as if he were a baby ); then Chion's conversation with Jade( in the shade) while watching Isolde, and then Tristan and Isolde, train.
For the first time Macduff's ability felt really scary, cause my imagination wasn't cutting off the characters' voices or fight sounds like Macduff did back when I read the chapter, but having only the OST while the characters were kicking, punching and everything else was unsettling. And Death Sky Burial was majestic.

Just watched the recent episode. The part with Bouncyval was amazing. But with that pacing there is no way they'll complete the first part. I guess S3 will be in another 6 months?

Well, S3 should definitely be 2-cour. To adapt fully or a good chunk of the Annwfynn Festival tournament.

Excellent episode this week. Ended at the Life Spirit reveal.

Percival and Bouncyval VS Lancelot was great and so was the Albion VS Arakdo part. I loved seeing Lance having fun piloting it.

I wish the part with Mortlach negotiating had been slower though, they didn't show that most of the party were against it.
