Now, the "fight" against the monsters...has become the "hunt" for the monsters...

Ah, I read the raw of this and really liked it. Didn't know it got scantlated! In short this has the potential to be pretty awesome as a deconstruction/representation of the monster hunting-fantasy genre.

And if all else fails, it's got pretty amazing art. I like what Mangastream did with the translation too, as it's perfectly fitting the protagonist. (and I use this word loosely on this guy.)

That one-shot was pure gold. Honestly think this has some serious potential, will be interesting to see where the mangaka goes with this.

Well that was a serious clash of ideology. And dreams ... haha a lazy good-for-nothing freeloader and a serious mature down to earth dreamer ...but dreaming is justified with hard work. The art will be impressive as well, hopefully the character development is as good so we have a good story as well, otherwise some cool monster fight scenes are ahead.

I feel like the one shot (or chapter 0) is more gag manga than the action series, but it is enjoyable.

I'll look forward how this neet going involve in the monster hunting.

If that guy is used a comic relief and the 18 year old is the hero then I see potential, if this is a gag manga that guy really is the main protagonist, I feel we are in for some hasty disappointment. If both of them are, well then that is the biggest challenge and we shall see how the author works it out.

Mind you the first chapter can be very different from the one-shot. There is hope yet. Tho one of the trolliest one-shots ever!

I actually like the main character. Him being a good-for-nothing douchebag leaves a lot of room for character development.

Though to be honest, even I don't know how will he fit in monster-hunting.

if the 1st chapter's style is the same i don't think the Main Character will be a Hunter (Bringer) but more like a manager of the Best Rookie Bringer he doesn't like to work and maybe just managing well suit him well because he never leave the house

Lol @the last three/four pages. The outcome was pretty hilarious.

The only thing I can not tell, is whether this manga will be a gag and/or an action manga. Anyway, the art is very nice but I defenitely need to adapt to such realistic style. Same for e.g. Vinland Saga, Vagabond,... But that's just the personal taste that will change.

Well good or bad this one-shot gained some attention here.

I do not want that good for nothing character to change drastically just to have some sort of development, that will have a bigger effect, if the mangaka decides on gag however, we can enjoy the ride, no not get the hopes high, and hope he can deliver some crazy epic comedy manga we have not see so far.

Looks like quite a bit of things happened in this chapter. Our main man found himself a job and a future girlfriend(Probably). And it seems he's going through more development as well. Though I thought this was supposed to be in medieval-like times, why the hell does he have a PSP? Lol, that was kinda random. He did mention buying some "Ero Games" last chapter, but I thought it was just a mistranslation or something like that.

Also, quite a delicious ending that one
