Maybe in a future arc dedicated to the Diamond Kingdom.

According to Mars, Morris practically rules the Diamond Kingdom so I think its safe to say
we're definitely getting a Diamond Kingdom arc in the future.

Heck, we might get it after this arc.

Yeah the Diamond Kingdom will have more focus, especially with Morris, im sure of it, only question is when. For now Licht and the WNDE stuff is pretty major, and they are presented as the main "villains" of the story. So it will take time to shift the focus on the Diamond Kingdom.
But now that Julius died, the other kingdoms will target Clover kingdom for sure, especially the Diamond kingdom which waged war with Clover several times. So i think a war arc will happen pretty soon and thats where we will get more focus on Morris, the new Diamond generals, the king of diamond and Mars's and Ladros's mission to rescue the Diamond Kingdom from its path of terror and destruction.

not really interested in Diamond.. They are bad guys with experiments on children.. not really need more story on those. Im more interested in Heart Kingdom who is supposed to be Ally Country or Spade the Military Fog Country

Its best to deal with whats already been set up then trying to go for something out of the blue. The way I see it if we get a Diamond invasion arc then it would possible set up events that will lead to the other kingdoms.

The way he's been hinted at and kept in shadows implies Morris is going to play a role in the future. Given he's the one actually in control of the Kingdom and he's continually been prodding at the Clover Kingdom, I think it's a given that he'll soon make another move due to the elves.
