I'd rate it MQ:

- your blacks and whites aren't fully filled (look at the small Hinata/Naruto panel for example)
- your white lines are too thick (Kiba's knee)
- there are a lot of lines I'd suggest to re-do or at least need to be enhanced
- it doesn't look good how you've put the pages together, or better said, it isn't good how you've put them together. From my point of view, after putting page 16 and 17 together you shouldn't be able to make out the spot where page 16 ends and page 17 begins.
- your re-drawn part in the upper left isn't quite good done. :-/ Try to more imitate the original lineart and make it look more like a wall out of wood.
- your greys arent't re-done
- your borders arent't re-done

I've encircled the spots. And I don't think they're shattered rain drops.
At least not all of them... but I'd remove them all.

For your white lines. You can do them as you wish but they really don't look good for me.
