I dont get the 1st one; why is the God statue giving him the finger? He didnt pratice what enough?
Third one makes absolutly no sense either
and the 5th one...What did Hidan do to anger Kakuzu? They argument they had in 314?

I said more are coming a long time ago but I ended up being too busy with work (sorting mail aargh). I hope i'll get myself motivated enough to make some more.

It was just random silliness. Some people like it, some people don't.

I don't know if you've noticed but my intent with these comics is to reach an unexpected punchline. In short: The reader shouldn't be able to guess what is going to happen in the last frame. That's why a lot of them are really more weird than funny, but the weirdness is what MAKES them funny.

That is also just my sense of humour, which means the strip i find the least funny is number 2, which is most predictable.

Someone read strip 3 and told me afterwards that he was expecting a scene with Kisame in a overflowing bathtub which sortof proves my point. The final frames are unpredictable and thus effective.

Zetsu is using up akatsuki's budget by showering using an enormous wossname for watering flowers.

and the 5th one...What did Hidan do to anger Kakuzu? They argument they had in 314?

Hidan and Kakuzu are constantly bickering. on the colour pages in chapter 317 or whatever they were, Hidan's scythe looked almost pink. Some people on a forum complained and i was like "Hey, maybe it was Kakuzu who did it".

I appreciate that you said what you said, though. Criticism can give insight.

I started working on another strip a few months ago, but it kinda turned out completely crap. I have a hopefully good strip coming out soon. It's Sasuke vs Itachi! What really happened.

There's another WIP too, about Pein and Konan. I'm having some trouble drawing it, though. A lot of stuff goes on in each frame. Quite a pain.
