Naruto Manga and Anime Comparisons, Which Is Better In Your Opinion and Why?

Ok, I know that there's a poll opened by Uchiha slayer with a similar title but the goal of this thread is not the same as him. Learning from the experience of my Hinata or Sakura who deserves naruto's love and why? poll/thread, I decided that polls are not the best way to get the opinions of the people and that I better explain my goals in advance, not to limit the answers, but to keep the thread as it was intended from the creation, So i'll try something new...

The intention of this thread is not to know what you preffer the anime or manga, is to know which is better in your opinion and why?... Adding why as way to make you post your opinion, the second goal is to compare one with another, I'll show an example. If you want to post your prefference is fine, but don't forget to post which you think that is better and why. Not always what we prefer is better but is what we like and/or viceversa. I really hope to see good comparisons since there are people registered here who have been following the manga and anime since day one for both.

In my opinion is the manga is excellent, but the anime is a little better. Why I think that the anime version of naruto is a little better? Because the manga lacks in some parts, I'm going to compare 3 scene that appeared in both manga/anime.

In the manga during the chapter dedicated just to naruto and hinata, Hinata just say I think that you should be able to defeat neji. In the anime after she says that, his position is reinforced by "I'm sure that you can defeat neji". This is very important using that phrase sentece, reinforced the whole scene in the anime, naruto was like depressed and he really needed someone to trust totally in his abilities in order to cheer him up.
Naruto 2, Shippuuden for the anime. Basically the manga lacks of a good start, naruto basically jumps right into kakashi, the next scene show tsunade telling sakura "that naruto kid, it seems he returned to konoha" so a Sakura who have not seen naruto for so long and maybe were developing feelings for him during his absence decided to have a walk instead fo looking for him? come on #2. And what about naruto after spending almost 3 year away from konoha he decides that the next thing to do in the list is go to ichikaru ramen?... instead of looking for the girl he always liked? and maybe still likes... come on #3.
In the manga kakashi is defeated in the same way as in the anime, by using naruto's strategy... naruto realized that kakashi weakness is his book. He developed a huge love for reading, especially for icha icha books. So how come that he decides to test naruto and sakura abilities right away after his return and after getting the new version of his favorite book who hasn't been published for general audience as Jiraiya said?...
The Oodama Rasengan part. In the manga basically naruto comes with this great jutsu from nowhere, he just able to use it, we don't know the origin of this technique, but we know that is a more powerful version of rasengan. In the anime we see Jiraiya telling naruto about his plans of improving the naruto's rasengan by using the great chakra reserve of his body, he actually explained the reasons behind, using naruto vs kabuto fight as example...

Basically I think that the anime is better because it fix a lot of black holes in the history. And fix any lack of coherence in the story.
