I have to agree with what you said about the eyes. But overall its pretty good, keep it up. ;-)

Choice of colors is good

...but you need to take anatomy lessons like Michaelangelo...
i still feel uneasy about the right hand.... i hope there's a cadaver here somewhere for you to carve up...
