Golden age 285: In! 15-40!

Oni returns QP's shot with the remaining two strings of his racket. Those two strings can never be cut because they're special custom-made strings with wires inside. Likewise, Oni's heart won't surrender.
Volk shouts that this shot will change the flow of the whole match. He yells at QP to return it, no matter what. Lendoll thinks the same thing.
Someone points out that the ball has topspin on it. QP stops chasing after it.
The umpire declares the ball in, making the score 15-40. The Japanese bench celebrates.
Bismarck says that Oni has not given up on the match yet.
But, QP challenges the call.
The Hawk-Eye review determines that Oni's shot was, in fact, out.
The match ends in QP's victory.

Golden age 286: The Strongest Doubles Pair

As Oni returns to the Japanese bench, Byoudouin says it was an unsightly match. But, he continues, thanks to Oni, the hearts of their teammates are now burning. Seeing the reaction, Oni is tearing up a little.
Meanwhile, on the German side, Lendoll commends QP for playing a good game, calling him a blue bird again. In particular, he compliments QP on the challenge on the final point. QP responds that Oni's shot didn't have enough spin on it. Lendoll understands that QP stopped going after the shot because he had confidence it would be out, and says QP's tennis is the best.
Lendoll turns to the rest of the team and tells them to switch gears for the next match. Looking at Japan's bench, he concludes that their opponents are still in high spirits. He sends out the pro doubles of Dankmar Schneider and Bertie B. Volk next.
Facing the pros are Duke and Niou. The spectators are shocked that Japan's sending out a middle schooler. Ludovic concludes that because their opponents are pros, Japan has to give up on this match.
However, only seconds later, the onlookers are in shock. Amadeus is shocked by the person walking on the court. Mifune says that this is the joker hidden up Japan's sleeve: the strongest doubles pair. Lendoll realizes that Japan has no intention of giving up on the D2 match.
Next to Duke stands Byoudouin. Duke asks if the boss plans on going wild, which the latter confirms.

Golden age 287: Misunderstanding

Volk thinks that this is Japan's strongest doubles pair and recognizes Niou as the Trickster of the Court. QP confirms that the real Byoudouin is still sitting on the bench and that this matches the information Tezuka gave them.
Siegfried says that this is a stupid decision and some half-baked copy of Byoudouin will just be defeated instantly by the two pros.
Facing off at the net, Schneider says the Japanese are funny guys. Niou responds that they should laugh while they still can.
Japan serves first. As Niou serves, he tells Duke they'll conquer the world.
Byoudouin can't believe his eyes.
Niou uses Byoudouin's pirate spirit to win the first game.
There are people commenting on how strong Byoudouin is, but Ryoma corrects them that the strong one is Niou, whose illusions have become stronger.
Byoudouin wonders how close Niou can get to the real deal.
