The title pretty much says it all... I was too busy with university exams and assignments lately, and the World Cup takes all my free time.
I'm very sorry about this...
And don't expect a chapter next week either... come back in two weeks.
I'll try releasing the Perfect Edition 01 as soon as possible to make it up to you.
