oh yeah this is my FIRST-EVER CLEANING, so:

I don't really like this image so it's not something I prefer to rate since that involves spending time looking at it but I will do what I can. First thing is that the page size is wrong. You should not go below a page height of 1100 px. The original is at 1200 px, yours is at 600 px. It is not really possible to rate it based on this size because reducing the size that much you lose to much detail. It also appears that you increased the canvas size? What program are you using? Gimp? There is noise/dirt outside the panel borders that needs to be removed. The borders need to be cleaned up. There are many spots within the blacks that shouldn't be there. Within the first text bubble of panel 3 there are bits of dirt that needs to be removed. This is probably part of the text that you removed. This is just the quick stuff. If you are using Gimp it certainly can do what Photoshop does but I can't really help you know how to do it because the way Gimp works is somewhat different than photoshop and I don't know Gimp.

Ummmm.... actually, how do i put this... i used microsoft paint for the entire thing...eheheheheheh...not the best idea, right?

You could be very right. If you can't afford and get Photoshop there is a free program called Gimp. I suggest at the very least if you plan of cleaning you try this program. I won't beable to tell you how to use it since I don't use it but it is free, powerful like photoshop, and there are tutorials on the net for learning how to use Gimp just not many manga cleaning tutorials that use Gimp. Nothing, here's a few things:

First, if you can't afford Photoshop, you're just normal. I can't guarantee you that 99.9999% of the people who use Photoshop here can't afford it and downloaded it. That being said, download it. If you want a DDL link, PM me. And don't use Gimp. It's a shitty alternative.

Second, I <3 you! Finally someone asks if his redraws look good instead of Shounen Jump cleaning attempts. I'll help you out as much as I can.

Third, looking at your page, it looks okay. The redraws look mostly good for a beginner. Some redraws stand out, though.
