What I liked about Perfect Girl Evolution/wallflower? is that when the author decides to exaggerate, then exaggerated it is. That's actually one of the unique characteristics of the manga, aside from the story that I think is also original.

However, the artwork is really lazy and monotonous that I lost interest.

Keke, the manga art is soo lovely. xD I find this manga so funny and entertaining, it mixes two different "types" of people together, and it makes me want to find out what happens in the end.

I like all of those characters in the manga so far, although the releases are quite slow to me.

PGE is such a hilarous sweet manga. I'm still running circles around the last release while waiting for the next

Sunako-chaaaaan and her adventures with the radiant creatures are priceless. Beeing a Goth myself, it's literally spoken: funny as hell.
Not to mentation those moments here and there

Ohoho, I'm aware and the anime was great!

Still, the manga is better. The anime dropped all smutty parts, heh ... but I think they did pretty well with the anime adaption. Only the loli loli girls were annoying to me like hell.

I still am disappointed with the way this manga developed. Not with the story or anything. I personally think that the way the exaggeration is used in the storytelling suits its style well, and somehow original. What disappoints me is the lazy artwork. Man, it makes me lose my appetite for the whole thing:

like how the panels are being arranged, how each one is linked, everything is just so disorganized. And I really am forgiving when it comes to artwork. Because I've noticed that manga drawings by an artist gets better and more detailed in the later volumes, but I just don't notice it here.

Yeah, the art could be better. I'm in general not a fan of Shoujo artwork (particulary the way boys are drawn >.> ) and prefer the clear and more realistic art of many Seinen manga.

But I think PGE could be worse and sometimes it has really nice done panels.

Is there anyone feeling the anguish that I am?!?! The last episode raw for PGE was released like months ago and there's still no sign of it being fansub because of the licensing. Talk about nerve-wrecking. I watched the raw but I don't understand it at all!

Not too sure.. I haven't been following the manga closely. I'm pretty sure most of the stuff are the same just that they didn't happen in the same order as the anime. That's why I'm wondering if anyone noes if the manga and anime have the same ending?? For the anime, Sunako's aunt basically wants her to attend her ball or something like that, didn't really understand the raw.

I haven't even watched the anime (maybe a couple episodes, I don't really remember) but I buy the published releases and the Edited Mangas... love it.
Just WISH they would start getting into the whole couple things... and the little chibi thing gets annoying.....

yes exactly. It's progressing very slowly, and the chibi art is too frequent, that full drawings look out of place.

When will something happen between Sunako and Kyohei!? The mangaka is really dragging this one out. Sunako keeps reverting back to her old self-conscience self. I do love the moments she gets her bravado though. All the characters exept those two seem like fodder in the story.

Does anyone know whats going on with the manga? Ive only managed to find up to chapter 58, and on mangaupdates it implies that mangahosterz hasnt released a chapter since march, is that accurate? I wanna read more lol

The reason why you only found up to c58 is because manga_hosterz hasn't released c59 since we are lacking Japanese translators. As luck would have it, we (manga_hosterz) plan to release c59 by the end of September (most likely).

We are still in DESPERATE need of Japanese translators! but... a kind soul is helping us with the translation for c59 only. As soon as we can get a steady translators, we should be able to release a bit more often.

When we don't have translators available, we go on hiatus for 5 months!!!... LOL

Oh, I did! A loooooooooong time ago (Dec 2006), emtelka... but only two people replied. T_T
One of them got a job soon after that and was unable to commit to working for us and the other one is busy with school/work and can't guarantee when he will be able to turn a translation in... so, we are back to square one *giggles* I have posted on other forums as well but, we haven't had any luck (unfortunately). >_<
