Here is a thread about possible Gantz spin-off and such!
A spin-off is a another serie that could be related to the main plot. I'll make one and you'll understand;
Izumi
Oku could do an arc of the story focusing on Izumi and his appearence in the Gantz room. We can see how he develops as a Gantzers, old characters such as Nishi.

Osaka
Another serie explaining where is Osaka team from, there stories and all.
or
Gantz Germany
After Japan is finished, he produces another one using Gantz ball in Germany!
Kinda like CSI NY or Miami which derived from the original CSI Las Vegas.
