Do you know her/his gender exactly since you're a bit more familiar with her works? I can't find source that mention it

The artist being female is merely my guess. If you ask me, Posuka sounds like the name of a female, but I could be wrong.

In the Magi section, for years, many readers were under the impression that the artist of the Adventures of Sinbad spin-off was female and no one thought that much about it. A few months ago, we had a discussion about it and after a bit of research we found out that Yoshifumi is a name given to males

It actually says that the third Volume was released on the 4th already and the previous volumes were reprinted. Also the pic:

It's not that uncommon that a volume gets a reprint during its first week of release, especially if the series enjoyed a sudden surge of popularity. I remember something similar happened with Dagashi Kashi volume 4 while the anime was airing and the copy that I ordered got delayed because of it.

Most definitely. But it's sort of ominous in a way. I mean, the fact that Emma and the others have just made the first move tells us that this is from the perspective of someone else... Isabella for example.
