Okay, Pyuu to fuku! Jaguar is the tale of Kiyohiko, a teenage boy who wants to become a professional guitarist.....


well, it would be, but Jaguar Junichi turns up to screw everything up

Jaguar loves recorder. Far more than any normal man should. But we're talking about a man who can make any noise with his beloved instrument. through his cunnning ( read: idiotic) attempts at getting kiyohiko to learn recorder (over which everyone decides that kiyohiko should be called piyohiko instead), piyohiko ends up wrapped up in jaguars mental web of recorder classes, a hip hop ninja (who claims not to be a ninja), and damn freaky occurences.

Then read PQ (a scan team consisting of.... me, using ayyu's translations)'s release of chapter 17, maybe even read ayyus translations and raws for the chapters ahead whilst i bum around doing little with my poor quality Edited Mangas of the works over whatever time it takes.

Jaguar is hella random, which is the type of comedy I can enjoy now and then.

More people should check it out, though I doubt many will love it.

Well, I would like to comment in this topic, but the earlier chapters aren't working for me on that LJ (For the record though, I do think Jaguar is really funny....ONLY when it isn't making allusions to certain functions a male body part can perform X.x)

A slight update for ya all:

I'm halfway through 18 right now, slowed down due to job searches. it's funny how a seven page chapter can take so long to do for a novice like me

anyway, with any luck you might have the pointless priviledge of it being joined by chapter 20, completing the translations done by Ayyu.

Hi...um...I did a version of chapter 18 in paint, it isn't as good as Indiana_Mcemo's will be, but at least I tried ^_^. Indiana_Mcemo, if you want to use this to have an ideia of in which bubble any talk is and about the 2 speak bubbles that Ayyu didn't translate, you can use it (I'm 100% sure of the locations of the words in the bubbles since I know a little of japanese, and about the 2 untranslated bubbles, one is a repeat of a word, and another is completelly untranslated, so I tried a combination of google translator, logic and speaks ahead of that page, I think it turned really good ^_^). And, if I could help you and Ayyu inf anything regarding Pyuu to Fuku! Jaguar, I would be glad, since I'm a great fan of the series ^_^

Heh, I had no idea this was being scanlated! I had bought the first volume of this a couple of months ago and loved it, but I just assumed that no one else had heard of it. I'm glad to see it translated, and I hope other people get into it. Keep up the good work!

Anyone know where it's possible to find Jaguar raw chapters 419-422? I pretty much exhausted almost every resource I could find both in Japanese and in English. Why is it so hard to find WSJ scans from this year (the earlier ones 1-24), but 2007-2008 WSJ scans are all over the net? Anyway, if anyone has them or can link to them, that would be greatly appreciated.
