Rating?

I wanted to make a Edited Manga, but yesterday i had no time to finish it, even though i am already halfway finished, so i wanted to ask how you would rate it and because there are already some Edited Mangas, if it is useful to finish the other pages.

I'd rate this as an LQ, since it doesn't have proper leveling and not all Japanese text is removed.(Excluding SFX though, they don't need to be removed)

Yeah Low quality. Black aren't all the way black and they whites seem a little off color. Also that Japanese title at the beginning should be translated and removed then put back on in english.

As of that scan, then it is LQ quality...

The raw doesn't seem to have any of those | | | | | | | lines which are the bane of my existence >_>

Anyways, you can try to level it more?

It's a bit obscure, need to reangle it a bit.

It's not necessarily "required" for you to remove the japanese text on the background to get MQ... Some of the texts are VERRRRRRRRRRRRY Difficult to redraw, especially when they're in an action line zone XD

Anyhow, that japanese text is not difficult at all for anyone to remove...

Now this week again i tried to make a Edited Manga and because there are already some scans in mq, i asked myself if there is still any use in finishing.
But i think it is better than the mq which are available atm, but i can't judge it quite well, so i wanted to ask you again what you think about the cleans.

well, it looks like all of your pages were over-leveled. Your blacks aren't done all the way and still have white dust in them. Your whites also have dust in them. Your borders aren't re-done. your over-leveling had an adverse affect on both the grays and the line art. Mainly your lines are very jagged and some of them are thin from the over-leveling.

Personally, I would rate it LQ/MQ.

A good way to gauge if you've overleveled the page is if the speed lines becomes to clumped up :P

Photoshop whore it up.

and read the many tutorials that have been pasted up...and you'll get a general idea.

thats a good quality RAW scan you have there...but yeah..more levelling wouldn't hurt.

More leveling would kill the quality more than it has now. They need to be re-leveled.
