Sure, you can use the raw, it's an open source for Manga Editors. So far I have not heard of anyone doing a Edited Manga for it.

if anyone wants to translate it ill clean and typeset, if anyones wondering. it looks like something i can get into, and ive been looking for a shoujo tittle to scanlate. you know, to take the edge off.
