Lot of characters are there who can utterly destroy entire DB verse,heck even far stronger than Ruphas herself.

Vegeta also learned/learns how to use hakai, which erases anything. He even overpowered a hakaiattack from Toppo in the tournamentarc just with his power alone.

She can return, but if Vegeta blasts her away far far into universe its time up in my book.

What stands vor Vegeta is that he is quite 100% possible immune to any "erase anything" attack and the only thing is how to defeat her. And like i said earlier and will always do, those battles in my head have a timelimit so that bullshit like "Even if her soul was destroyed, erased without any traces left, or rendered non-existent, she will still return" is atleast not a really big factor.
