i did the entire page. i was bored. took me about ten to twenty minutes

Good I'm glad you did the entire page the purpose is for the people doing the challenge to do the entire page. Maybe I need to make that more clear in my post. ^^

As for your clean. The first image you posted is to small.
The second image:
The page is overleveled and the lines are now jagged from the lack of anti-alais.
You left the original white lines as well which are rough and make it obvious that you redid the whitelines. There were also white lines that you didn't redraw that should have been such as Inoue's skirt and Choji's armour in the bottom panel and the whitelines marking the border between Kakuzu and the black thing next to him.
There are broken lines that should have been fixed as well.
The borders are not consitant and have spots were the original border shows and spots were the new border has been removed. The border width for HQ naruto pages should be 2px.
There is dirt on the white areas between the borders.

Here is a copy with some of the things I pointed out highlighted

Thx. I rushed it near the end. I should probably try to keep my interest next time(if it were the actual scan for a release i would not slack off though).
