AOT. Still maintains a good and interesting story after broadening the scope which can kill most series, which sadly Claymore fell into..

Well, I really like Claymore but SnK is my favorite manga, in my opinion it has everything a good manga needs. For the people who don't know Shingeki no Kyojin or better known as Attack on Titan, here a short plot explanation, it's a shonen (but a dark one) where humanity lives behind walls cause Titans (human looking Giants without sexual characteristics and without any intelligence) try to eat them.

- Almost every character has his own motives which the reader can comprehend in the most cases.
- The story seems not special in the beginning but gets more interesting over the time (it doesn't take too long IMO) and has a lot of plot twists (I admit some are obvious but in most cases you are surprised).
- The same goes for the story.
- Some unique features like the 3D Maneuver Gear.

Shingeki no Kyojin is admittedly an excellent manga but the Claymore universe is really masterfully written imo. The amount of excellent female characters wins it for me, as much as I love Annie.

I literally cannot think of a single awful female character in Claymore. Even characters like Ophelia manage to remain entertaining despite having limited to no screentime in the series.
It's probably one of my all time favorite series. Shingeki is good (Jesus Christ the Shiganshina arc is some of the best writing I have ever seen), but Claymore was just a brilliant ride from start to end.

They can do that in Claymore as well.

I like SnK, but fallen out of favor of it recently. It's not bringing me in anymore, so I vote Claymore.

Best cast of female characters in manga. With thought out relationships and brutal battles with enemies that have actual depth. Not just a bunch of Edible Ninjas VS Flesh Gundams.

Shingeki isn't finished...But damn Claymore was good. But left a lot of open ending plot...Can't vote for Claymore yet...Anime wise Shingeko hands down...Manga..hm I think Shingeki takes this one for me...I believe a lot of our questions will be answers at the end...Unlike Claymore
