I'm honestly surprised they were even intending to serialise it in the first place. I wonder if the change was not drawing nipples, I can see that being an editorial request that the author wouldn't agree to (since it's kind of the whole point of the manga).

they should have put a rule against publishing this kinda of crap so this stuff don't happen again in the future

In the end it gets ugly for them even though the manga won the competition
