Now that i think about dont the Gods despise the humans ? Why would they use a human to fight Buddha to risk losing a match when they can send one of their own to take care of him

Round 6 may be a God v God match

I read some lore/story if Qin Shi Huang is basically want to be a gods.
and this make sense because this is the only chance for him to "at least" became a gods by joining the gods side.

If the next fight is indeed a God vs God battle, then that opens up a space on the side of the Gods no matter who loses. If I had to guess, Hermes will probably be a replacement fighter since he's one of the more prominent gods that isn't on the roster.

Loki's reaction is the best He's so triggered. I wouldn't be surprised if he volunteers to take on Buddha. Still leaning more towards Bishamonten since he's all about punishing betrayal but either one would be a great fight.

Yeah when I read the summary, Loki's reaction was what I wanted to see and it did not disappoint. All of the reactions are great. My guy Ares is crushed , he really sees all of them as family, while we see some rare shock from Hermes. Goll's meme material . Aphrodite's back, and with the "oh my" face. And judging by Zeus' reaction, looking forward to the 2nd half of his and Buddha's convo translated, as the hug looked genuine.

Also, Tanikaze and the Rikishi's beautiful send off for Raiden, stop cutting the onions!

I think a human defected, in the translations Zeus says he wanted Buddha to fight round 6 opposed to later

I think he’s specifically did that for a reason, I think he already know Buddha is the traitor

Dude I don't know why but basically I'm loving every God till now excluding Poseidon
And Buddha currently is also going on my good sides especially the lines that "Living lonely, Fighting lonely" clearly makes him represent the Bachelors ans Single people
Can't believe Buddha actually was given his Buddhist lore

When Buddha declares for fighting for the sake of humanity you can also see an calm asf God like Odin was also shown to be triggered lol

Also of all Human fighters, Jack and Adam are my favorite. In fact Jack is my favorite character
