Hmmmm, I recognize that art style, it's the same mangaka who made Soul eater. Just googled quickly and found out it was.
It's from a manga called "Fire Brigade of Flames". This is Sister Iris --> http://fire-brigade-of-flames.wikia.com/wiki/Iris ( hope it's okey I posted that link if not just remove it). I sadly don't know that manga and first found out about it now so I can't really tell if she's the better waifu or not, so I'll have to go with the character I know and chose Saber here.
