Well, I like it. haven't seen anything like it in awhile. I like how you put more concentration on Deidara than trying to tone him down to make Sasuke look more awesome.

Ahh.. for "How to make thumbails", I'll give a short tutorial for you. And I guess you don't mind if I use your image as an example

DeviantArt doesn't allow direct link, so you have to use any other image hosting servicess like ImageShack.

Spoiler: Step 1: Search & Upload

Just do the normal stuff. Search the location of the image you want to upload, and then press upload. And wait for it to be done

Spoiler: Step 2: Copy the link and paste it on the forum board

After the upload is complete, you'll be redirected to a page full of links. Just copy the link in the "Thumbnail for forum 1" box and paste it in your post

And you'll get the result like this (a clickable thumbnail that directs to the original image):
