Brandish and Serena are equal in terms of MP, August and Irene are the only ones cut above the rest (in terms of MP). So anyone with equal or lower MP than brandish will not be immune to her hax. Neinhart was an exception because he was enchanted by Irene.

Jacob can use stealth to hide his presence along with his teammates and then Invel uses Ice- Lock which should steal Irene's ability to think and prevent her from casting magic. MP is not always a factor when it comes to "hax".

Brandish' MP is working constantly at high level and yet Mest' magic hax worked on her.

the only way to explain that is because she was off guard.

in other words, Hiro will have someone broke through hax because he wants him/her to, be it MP being higher or not.

They wouldn't be able to, everyone (Bar August, Larcade, and Irene) is stated to have the same MP, however, some are indeed stronger than others (God Serena to me is stronger than most for example) but his MP is still at the same level than the others, therefore all Dimaria has to do click her teeth and she can just instakill all of the boys, if she gets taken down before she can take that second to click her teeth (which I find unlikely) Brandish can bust their organs one by one, and being a fellow Spriggan she'll know who to kill first (Serena, Jacob(transport, enough said) Bloodman, and Invel.)

Not to mention Dimaria's hax wouldn't work on Irene if she has the same rules as Brandish, Dimaria clicks her teeth, and she and Irene stomp.

Invel no-diffs Brandish and Dimaria at the same time by insta-freezing them. They are both lazy and cocky, so if they are in-character, I'm doubtful that they would even think to use their hax from the beginning.

Human Irene would get destroyed by the guys, I think it is safe to say they are stronger than X792 Erza and Wendy combined?

And even if you wanna bring her Dragon Form, there's a Dragon Slayer among them. God Serena slams her even harder than Erza did with a single sword enchanted by DS Magic.
