Hmm, you should vote for Sesshomaru.

You see, the other day i was having lunch with my mom - Inuyasha was and is pretty popular here at SouthAmerica - and i told her there was a tournament of choosing the most popular husband among men from anime/manga, and Sessho was chosen in the competition.
So:

Me: *looking for things to chat* I made a huge post to bring him down for winning on Mister Satan
Mom: Son, why wasn't Miroku chosen?? He is by far the only with apptitudes to be a husband in Inu.
Me: Yep!! He's awesome.
Mom: I still remember how he solved anything with using that hole of his.
Mom: Why you try to take down Sesshomaru? He is so handsome.
Me: Ehh, can't beat your logic there, Mom.

So, as my mom supports him, you wanted him to reach the heavens of husbando back then, let the damn dog be the winner.

What I keep repetaing in all my posts, but it's one of the biggest, if not the biggest, strong point about him.

Sesshomaru gives a terrible first impression because well, he's a villian in one of the first arcs,
but the point of his character in the series is to show him change, to overcome all his mistakes in the past, to show that he wants and can change.

A mature man, who shows even more maturity.

From a loner, to being part of people's lives:

A true king of fashion, look at how extra he can be.
Handsome and fashionable, a man worth to look at 24/7.

▼ Strong and powerful, and he knows he is, protects those in need ▼

One of the top strongest characters in all the Inuyasha saga, he doesn't fear almost anything, he can protect himself and everyone without failing, not letting anyone getting killed.

A true protector of children too:

▼ A reserved person, but caring ▼

Quiet and even quite elegant, because of his life he barely shows any emotion.
But he's the kind of husbando who lets emotions speak for him.

...I mean look at this papa:

Sesshomaru is not a kid, no naive person.

He's a guy who saw a lot of things and knows how to handle in the middle of a world full of killer beings.
He has a strong personality despite his calm and chill interactions,
he doesn't let anyone fool him, and will put the limits.

The second thing I always want to repeat:
Sesshomaru has flaws, he's not perfect, and that's why his big growing in his life it's so important.

He's not pure, he wasn't a family man from the start,
and he didn't understand the value of life.

This is something the watchers, and the characters, see how he slowly changes.

Sesshomaru isn't a psycho or a murderer who doesn't care about anyone,
he's one of those anime cold characters who grow for the better
on a place surrended by people who are in need, by people who aren't as strong as he is, and he realized and knows this.

When Sesshomaru opens up, he shows that there's more than what he really let's to show.

To quote myself from a previous post:

This is a man who knows how to really change, with this he shows that he cares.<

Look at his two daughters,
wearning happily the 'Mokomoko' (the iconic clothe he's always using) who reminds them of him.
