Hope she does get better real soon! She's been taking breaks here and there a lot for the past few years or so because of poor health but this seems worse than usual.

It's funny though that she has that specific disease, there are a lot of scenes were characters cough up blood in D. gray, I guess she does that too irl.

Hmm, I wasn't here when she last went on long hiatus... Can anyone tell me how long that was...? >"<

If we are talking about the same hiatus (I think it was on August or September 2007) she took at least 4 weeks. If I'm not wrong.

But I think this one will take longer... I hope I'm wrong!

Mostly its not a disease but she had some kind of surgery and that is a sign that it was serious and well you really need to rest after that kind of thing... Better to cure to good condition then later have some complications and you land in hospital again....

Lets all start to think that next chapter will be in middle or at the end of december.....

Fallen you know her health was not good from some time so the breaks were made by her health status....but it seemed that it goten worse and she had no other option but to take a hiatus... yeah it feels painfull that 3chapters are gone and no G thief arc. ending but what we can do about it ;/ personaly I hope that she willdraw each week for a month without breakes when she comes back (she has time to think how to push the story further ^^)

She has Norovirus and neck issues (from drawing I think).

And did you even saw how the manga chapters are drawn by mangakas ? its not 1person sitting with paper and pencil.... but few peoples who have different job... like Hoshino is drawing scretches of what is happening... and other people are coloring (shadows, dark areas ect). It sounds easy but its very hard (and 1mistake and whole page needs to be drawn again) and hospital is not a place for that kind of thing ^^

Better if she rests and gets some better health then again after a week go back to hospital for another month...

Aww I really feel sorry for her now ;___; ... I know how it feels to be in the hospital. I ended up in there myself too, when I was really bad condition.

I hope you get better soon >.< ... We'll cheer for you and I hope you'll continue with D.Gray-Man when you feel better again...

Better to start thinking that next chapter will be in next year... since its less disapointing when there is no chapter in current week...

Yeah I very miss DGM in weekly shedule but Hoshino's health status is unknown so we dont know when we can suspect a chapter >_<.... so for now lets hope for her to get better so she could return to drawing.

The next chapter will almost certainly be next year - I think the next issue might be a double issue of Jump, or... anyway, there won't even be regular issues until late January. Even if Hoshino had recovered...

LOL, me too. Next weeks probably the double issue, as It covers Christmas. In regard to Hoshino, I'm not sure. I thought it'd either be out on the double issue, and if not, sometime next year like mid March.
