A stand out even among some of the most memorable characters in a series with an amazing A-listed cast and not just because of his fleshed personality and being the strongest death god, but also this unique hair design. So these are like braids maybe, and on top of it there are bells or something, it's great! But also the last arc soon to be fully animated open hair mane is as impressive as it is terrifying. Take a good look at this beast of a heair before we move on.

Franky’s always changing hair: Dude can straight up change his hair at will in a myriad of shapes. He needed to be on the top yes or yes. (Gladiolus)

This robot's character is maybe written to be the class clown but his hair game is no joke. Franky's new hair is one of the few things I keep looking for, when the Straw hats are going into a new arc. (Evil3ye)
