➤ "Won in what sense?" as in succeeded in achieving his goal(s) or disrupting the main and/good entities - and this is also a reference (as in Eren was supposed to be the main/good force and he eradicated 80% of humanity, pure evil), not a restriction, the true answer is up to you: why were you rooting for this villain/antagonist? Go with that

I think most of the second stage evolutions of starters are really cool, sometimes better than than their final evo ^^ glad both ivysaur and combusken made it!
