You can take your time for this one. No mandatory two-week rule.

The mandatory two-week rule from the previous rounds was applied so that this round could start at exactly April 12th (to commemorate the ending of the manga)

There's no mandatory two-week rule from here on out. But it's possible that it might come back, especially when there's a period where multiple hosts are available.

I'm not sure about @Erinyes' window of availability/schedule, so I recommend that you reach out to her as well so that you can manage the scale of production for your round (and how many days it would take for it to be presented in the countdown)

Window of Availability and Hosting Priority List

Faust (Green) - I'm available all throughout the year so I'll be be way down the priority list since I can host anytime anyway. When there's no available host in a specific window, I can step in.

I'm not sure about @Erinyes' window of availability/schedule, so I recommend that you reach out to her as well so that you can manage the scale of production for your round (and how many days it would take for it to be presented in the countdown)

Note: This is just an example. I don't know about their actual WoA (Window of Availability)

Scenario 1
Farfalla (Orange)
Erinyes (Blue)

66th Round Host Farfalla's window of availability is around four weeks. 67th Round Host Erinyes' window is tighter around two weeks.

With her tight schedule, Erinyes might be in a pinch. She's expecting Farfalla to finish her round in two-weeks (voting period included) just like the previous round or else she won't have enough time to host her round

This is why I told Farfalla to check on Erinyes' schedule.

If there are two or more hosts that's available at the same window, we'll use the HPL (Hosting Priority List) to determine the schedule

Hosting Priority List (Tentative)
1st: Veteran Hosts (Hosted at least two rounds) - could choose to defer
2nd: Debut Hosts (Hosting for the first time)
3rd: Sophomore Hosts (Hosting their second round)
4th: Faust
Restricted to host* - Xadyu and BluePegasus (unless they finished their on-hold rounds)

The HPT will be applied starting on Interim Round 68th.

Scenario 2

Evil3ye (Red) and a debuting host, let's say Organizized (Purple) got the same window of availability. Evil3ye is a top tier veteran so he's way above the priority list and would be given the said the schedule/window without contest.

However, this is not absolute. Veteran hosts, in this example, Evil3ye, could still choose to defer and give that window for the debuting host.

Xadyu and BluePegasus (Black) are way down the priority list. They need to finish their on-hold round(s) to regain their veteran host status.

Xadyu's on-hold rounds: Round 6.4-and so on: [Insert Fictional Character Round] - a backlog of fictional character rounds
BluePegasus' on-hold round: Round 3: Actors/Actresses

I've been organizing the schedule here; in the Interim Rounds thread, ever since I hosted 36 rounds in a row and kept the game alive.

I'm the one receiving theme reservations/requests/questions about hosting.
uberfayt contacted me and Nii (Idk if he contacted any mods/admins about this) with regards to issues of new users participating in the top ten game.
Sam and revo contacted me about the hiatus that happened due to IRL stuff in the Waifus round and I'm the one who announced it.
I coordinated with Nii to make the HxH round happen after several rescheduling due to IRL stuff
I'm the one who implemented the mandatory two-week rule and convince Farfalla to change her mind upon withdrawing to host the current Shingeki no Kyojin round.
I'm the one who "convinced" "tricked" Evil3ye to host rounds in this game and gave him the initial idea for the widely acclaimed "trainer cards" in the Pokemon round.
I received this PM from Sky:

So I heard you are the one granting users the power to host T10 games.

I also created the themes suggestion thread and ran the poll with the help of z
z and I are the ones working on archiving the past rounds.
z created the notification thread

So as far as I'm concerned me and z are the closest people that the top ten game have as officers in charge/advisors.
