Yes. I‘ve never seen one that doesn‘t have some sort of routes or different endings based on choices.

I have no clue, I never played z VN. But I think fate has several routes/stories.

I think Radical Dreamers, which is the original media of Chrono trigger /Chrono cross or something like this , is a visual novel too.
