• You can pick tracks (including insert songs, if you wish) that you like from anime series or movie, or Ova. but western animation are not allowed.
• You can choose any anime opening or ending that was released before January 2024.
• It is up to you how you define what is your best Ost. Choose your top 10 anime tracks based on your personal criteria. Your submission can even include tracks from an anime that you've never watched. And whether you like, love or hate the anime or not is irrelevant for your list.
• Honorable mentions are allowed.
• As long as deadline is not reached, you can change your list as much as you want.
• Please, rank your top following the usual format :

1 - 10 pts
2- 9 pts
3- 8pts
4- 7pts
etc.
10- 1pts

I‘m still stuck between whether I wanna go with a more unique list with guardians and not parents only, or with parents list that kinda has a lot more mainstream picks than I‘d like(but it just so happens best parents are rather well known).

Hardest is actually picking the criteria. I‘m not a parent so not sure how well I can judge „parenting“ objectively. It‘s also weird trying to think of a life where those characters are your parents and then you pick the best ones. Or pick my favorite characters that just happen to also be parents? Or make it about how well they parented their kid/s as shown in their own series and compare to others from other series? As some kids need different parenting than others you can only really compare how well they deal with the kid they have.



I‘ll definitely send when I make up my mind.

One thing that complicates things with this list is that sometimes future developments/reveals make the parents look worse through flashbacks(when the parent/guardian is dead).
