Baam faced an ID of the Hendo Lok after the railway city and he had a high resistance to shinsoo, it doesn't make sense the main characteristic of HL is defense and he doesn't have the best body of 13GW.

Besides, HJ has already made it very clear, the Ha are not tankers, they are technicians.

Beastmen made from the Workshop are those who can be controlled, being part animal is what used to be controlled. Dunno if Beastmen are allowed to be Branch Leader in LPB family, I suspect not, Yasratcha has achieved enough power & influence to rival a branch at least, yet he isn't one in the flashback I think. He is allowed to be part of the decision making, yet he seems to separate himself from other branches. The Branch Leaders don't like Wangwang as he isn't controllable, and prefere his son Doom to be the one to take reign of the dogs, for he is controllable unlike his father.

Perseus says the 3 are the strongest of the Top Branches and that they cannot dare reach the other 2. Kirin as we see him now is 1 of the great tamers and sits pretty close to the FH while handling the day to day! So yes they are probably stronger than Kirin but cannot overcome being tamed!

The guy sit on achair with the design of a gene on it , just because he uses the workshop doesn't mean he isn't a scientist in his own right, gustang works with the workshop even though he is brilliant in his own right, workshop mass produce anything if you can afford it, they do the dirty work to bring your design to life, trau doesn't care to do all that himself when the work is available.
