I don't like it at all. It's the same with your recent work... it's this shiny style, that makes it look bad for me. I don't know if you're experimenting or something, but i liked your old artwork much better!
But that shouldn't mean anything .. I don't know anything about colring ^^ - it's just my opinion or taste

the face and the eyes feels strange.

If you look how Kubo sensie coloured Ulquiorra you will see that he was too pale.

Yes ulqiorra is pale.
Well you probably know i like all what you do, but i prefer the fist one, i don't know why but i like it.
by to way Ulquiorra is so charismatic.
